3-Day Yoga & Nature Immersion
Adirondacks, NY

Spend mornings & evenings steeped in the practices of yoga, and the afternoon reveling in inspiring nature.

With a small group of 4-6 yogis, you’ll receive in depth attention and work on your personal practice, participate in a supportive community of yogis, and find enough quiet spots in nature to sink into the internal quiet that is at the heart of who we are.

What Yogis say about Jen’ Yoga & Nature Immersions:
“Weeks later, I can still feel the effects of this amazing weekend in beautiful upstate New York. All the elements are there – earth, sun, water, fire – to bring about a truly meaningful experience. Jen is a lovely and giving teacher whose soulful guidance provides the perfect reset any time of the year, as well as the reminder that inner tranquility is always within reach – or in this case, just a few hours’ drive away.” Emily L.
“I absolutely loved this retreat. The asana practice focused on chakras and home practice in a way that made it easy for me to take away tips and methods for practice after the retreat. The food was delicious, and clearly prepared with care and love. The schedule was full but not overwhelming, and it was thoughtfully arranged to build throughout the day and weekend. The space was absolutely beautiful and a wonderful escape that let me get away from the bustle of urban living and enjoy a few days of nature and quiet.” Theresa F.
