We combine a love of Yoga and Buddhist dharma, a passion for learning & reading, and a supportive structure for investigating dharma texts.
Yoga Between the Lines runs three sessions a year: Fall, Winter/Spring, and Summer. Each Session covers one book and lasts for two months.
Each session includes:
Two monthly Book Club meetings: This guided discussion on main text topics deepens our connection to the material, our practice, and our community of readers. We don’t wake up alone.
A weekly email: This includes target chapters for the week, and “integrate into your life” assignments. When you send your assignments to Jen, she’ll respond with feedback, observations, places for you to explore more, and encouragement. This month-long support aids introspection and integration of the practice into your life.

Hi Jen! I come to your classes at east yoga sometimes. I love the idea of the book club. In what neighborhood are the in person sessions held?
Hope all is well with you! All the best,
Mary
