Yoga Between The Lines

We combine a love of Yoga and stories1Buddhist dharma, a passion for learning & reading, and a supportive structure for investigating dharma texts.

Yoga Between the Lines runs three sessions a year: Fall, Winter/Spring, and an abbreviated one month session in Summer. Each Session covers one book and lasts for two months.

Each session includes:
*Two monthly Guided Book Club meetings with tea and snacks included.
*Two optional mid-read meetups with Jen at a local coffee shop. This meeting is more casual – bring your questions and thoughts
*A weekly email with target chapters and “integrate into your life” assignments.
*Continual online support & connecting via Email.
*A community of readers who love yoga, books and learning as much as you do!

These are designed to give structure and motivation during the month, navigate potentially murky or heavy passages, and build a sense of community the whole month long.

Hi Jen! I come to your classes at east yoga sometimes. I love the idea of the book club. In what neighborhood are the in person sessions held?

Hope all is well with you! All the best,
    Mary
