Based on her belief in the nourishing connection to nature, the transformative practices of yoga & buddhism, and the enrichment of practice in community – Jen has built Yoga Immersions that go way beyond the usual yoga vacation.
Each immersion takes place within rich nature settings, in small groups (4-16), and includes a schedule filled with integrated practice and space to absorb and play.
The opportunity to reside in silence, cultivate relationship without words, and allow the deeper thoughts, experiences, needs, insights and healing that reside below the surface of daily life to come into awareness is vital for the meditator’s practice. Jen has been committed to a regular schedule of silent meditation retreats since 2013, and is passionate about leading them for others.
Her silent retreats honor the combination of Zen and Vipassana lineages passed to her by her teacher, Shoken Michael Stone.
