Interested in deepening your practice, but not in becoming a yoga teacher? This unique program crafts a 3 month committed course of one-on-one study to fine tune and deepen the way you practice and live your yoga.
The Mentorship Program can be stacked to create a 6, 9 or 12 month program with the following Pre-requisites, Modules of Study, and Requirements. Jen takes on only 2 people into the Independent Study Program at any given time to foster deep attentive relationship and guidance.
“I would highly recommend Jen’s independent study to any yoga students looking to deepen their practice. Though I already knew Jen had a gift for teaching, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The one on one attention made a significant difference in my asana practice – she provided feedback and suggestions, shifting how I approached poses that I had been practicing for years. Spiritually and mentally, I felt a transformation in my understanding of yoga in all of its elements from philosophy to meditation and pranayama. Jen helped me to confront the matters of the mind and gave me the tools I needed to truly deepen my practice on and off the mat. The independent study was therapeutic, enlightening and rewarding.”
