Join us for a silent meditation retreat that will support new students establish a retreat practice and help experienced meditators to go deeper.
This retreat integrates the wisdom practices of Zen, Vipassana and Yoga traditions.
There will be daily movement/yoga practice, afternoon dharma talks, and opportunities for one-on-one meetings with Jen.
Meals are vegetarian, prepared by local chefs, and filled with nourishment from local Burnett Farms.
This is a time to step into the container of a retreat schedule, and allow the rhythms to support your practice and inner work. Please do not bring computers, cell phones (turn them all the way off/hand into the office), books, journals, music, or hobbies. Notebooks may be brought for the dharma talk. Please plan to participate in the full schedule all the way through the retreat.
Bring preferred sitting props (meditation benches or cushions), loose dark/muted color clothing that covers shoulders and legs for sitting, yoga clothing for yoga practice. Outdoor hiking available, bring suitable clothes if you like.
