Walking Meditation in Prospect Park

Once a month this summer Jen will lead a group of yogis on a walking meditation around Prospect Park.

It’s free to join, but registration via email is required.

Walking meditation connects breath, step, intention, and nature into a whole-bodied meditative experience.  Explore the practice with Jen on the following dates:
